Why buy it now

Buy it on paper.
Watch it go up.

Most buyers meet a house after every decision has already been made for them. This one is different: the lot is ours, the plan is drawn, the engineering is stamped — and the cabinets, counters, tile and paint are still open.

The porch light is already on down the street.

Yours will look like this — same charcoal board-and-batten, same white trim, same nine-foot ceilings and warm glass. A few doors down on Caines Landing Road — same street, same plan, already finished.

Inside the finished home

An open middle, bedrooms at the ends.

Kitchen, dining and living run together across the back of the house under a nine-foot ceiling, with a granite peninsula that seats four and a slider straight out to the rear deck. The primary suite takes the back corner. Two more bedrooms sit at the front, behind their own hall.

All photographs show a completed Deluxe Art Homes residence of this same plan on Caines Landing Road. The home at 1085 has not been built yet. Selections, colors and some details on your home will be chosen by you and may differ from what is pictured.

The land

1085 Caines Landing Road

A quiet, wooded street in Black Water Cove — a small pocket of Conway set in mature pine near the dark tannin water the community is named for. The home site is roughly 0.35 of an acre, fronting Caines Landing Road. It is an interior lot — not a waterfront parcel. Twenty-odd minutes to Myrtle Beach, ten to downtown Conway’s riverwalk, and no through traffic to speak of.
